1. Who we are
NCLEX Elite Academy provides nursing resume writing, interview preparation and career guidance. We are based in Ontario, Canada. Our Privacy Officer can be reached at info@nclexea.ca.
2. Information we collect
Please do not send us health information, government ID numbers, financial account details or other sensitive information we have not asked for.
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and province.
- Career information, such as your designation, registration status, work history, education, certifications, career goals and your current resume.
- Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or our website form.
- Basic technical information that web servers record automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, used for security and to keep the site working.
3. How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information.
- To respond to your questions, and applications.
- To provide the services you ask for, such as writing your resume or preparing you for interviews.
- To send you service-related messages, such as confirmations and follow-ups.
- To send you newsletters or updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect our website from spam and misuse, and to meet legal requirements.
4. Consent
By submitting our form or contacting us, you consent to us using your information for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, subject to legal or contractual limits. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue providing services.
5. Service providers and where your information is stored
We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they may only use your information to provide services to us. These include Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive and Gmail, which store and send our website applications), Microsoft 365 (email), our website hosting provider, and WhatsApp if you choose to contact us there.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of that country and could be accessed by its courts, law enforcement or national security authorities.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Application and client records are generally kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law, and are then securely deleted.
7. How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada of any breach that creates a real risk of significant harm, as required by law.
8. Photos on this website
Our founder's page includes photos from her professional life, such as conferences and workplace events. Some of these photos show other people. We share them to celebrate our founder's professional journey and the healthcare community she is part of.
If you appear in a photo on this website and would like it removed or your face blurred, email info@nclexea.ca with the subject "Photo removal request" and tell us which photo. We will remove it promptly, usually within 5 business days, and confirm by email.
Other photos on the website are stock images used for illustration.
9. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our founder's page includes LinkedIn profile and post embeds. These services may set their own cookies, as described in their privacy statements.
10. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@nclexea.ca. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
